Nice! I like the black background, it makes the rest of the picture stand out really well. I also really love the eyes and the shading around them.
My one big nitpick is with the scissors--the bit in her mouth--after the plastic, the metal bit--doesn't seem to be quite as wide as the bit on the other side of the hinge. But that's a tiny little detail.
